The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has issued a cautionary note to the public, advising against the acceptance of printed result slips for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
According to JAMB’s spokesperson, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, the 2024 UTME results are not currently accessible in any paper format.
In a statement released on Wednesday, Dr. Benjamin emphasized the need for vigilance as certain individuals have been circulating printed result slips on social media platforms.
He clarified that unlike previous years, the 2024 UTME results are not available on JAMB’s website at the moment.
Dr. Benjamin reiterated that the only valid method to check the 2024 UTME result is by sending a text message with the keyword “UTMERESULT” to either 55019 or 66019.
